Aviation Drill Part II at Lincoln Park Airport
In partnership with the EAA (Experimental Aircraft Association) and the Young Eagles, The George Washington Division “test drove” near fifteen single-engine planes to get a taste of what is like to be a pilot. Upon completion, they registered with the Young Eagles and gained access to the material to learn how to fly. As a second phase and upon 16 years of age, cadets will take their pilot’s test and collect fly solo hours to get their pilot’s license.
